How to Return

2. Receive your return authorization number
3. Pack item securely in original packaging
4. Ship to the address provided (return shipping label included for defective items)

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
